I am an economist (National University of Colombia) with a Master's in Applied Statistics (UNTREF, Argentina) and currently pursuing a Master's in Sustainability and CSR Management (UOC). For over fifteen years I have supported development and humanitarian programmes across Latin America and the Caribbean.
What I specialise in
- Information and knowledge management through technology, specialised software and AI.
- Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) in complex settings.
- Information governance: data flows, quality, documentation and dashboards for teams and donors.
- Applied statistical analysis, indicators and reporting for public policy and international cooperation.
- Sustainability, carbon footprint and ESG/CSR reporting (training and professional practice).
- Turning conceptual requirements into technical solutions.
How I work
I prioritise operational clarity and traceability: understand the decision problem, define useful indicators, ensure data quality and communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences. I am drawn to projects where data, processes and people align to improve response.
Contexts I have worked in
- International cooperation (UN, FAO, UNDP, PAHO, Save the Children, DRC).
- Colombian public sector (Ministry of Equality, District Planning (Bogotá), District Tourism Institute (Bogotá), FAO–IDEAM).
- Applied research, university teaching and socioeconomic consulting.
- Field work on development and humanitarian response projects across Latin America and the Caribbean.
